1 Refund Eligibility
marivonquelyst offers refunds for our financial analysis services under specific circumstances. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the timing of your request.
- Monthly subscription services: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial purchase
- Annual subscription plans: Refund available within 30 days of purchase for unused portions
- One-time analysis reports: Refunds considered within 7 days if report hasn't been accessed
- Educational programs: Refunds available before course commencement or within first week of program
Services that have been actively used or accessed may not qualify for full refunds. Partial refunds may be considered based on usage and circumstances.
2 Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps to ensure your request is processed efficiently:

Include your purchase receipt, account information, and detailed explanation of why you're requesting the refund.
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and notify you of the decision via email.

3 Payment Methods & Processing Times
Refund processing times vary depending on your original payment method:

- PayPal: 3-7 business days after approval
- Bank transfers: 7-14 business days after approval
- Digital wallets: 3-5 business days after approval
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund on their end. Contact your financial institution if you don't see the refund reflected in your account within the expected timeframe.
4 Non-Refundable Services
Certain services and circumstances do not qualify for refunds:

- Services used beyond the eligible refund period

- Third-party service fees or integration costs
- Account termination due to violation of terms of service
5 Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on service usage and time elapsed since purchase. Partial refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused portions of annual subscriptions or partially accessed services.
Partial refunds are calculated based on unused time remaining on subscriptions minus any applicable processing fees. The exact amount will be communicated during the refund review process.
